Pie Without Fear!

Learn how to assemble and bake the most delicious apple pie you've ever tasted! Classes will be held in the 18th century kitchen of the Sands-Willets House - home of the Cow Neck Peninsula Historical Society. Participants will learn how to roll out a delicious, light and flaky crust, slice apples perfectly, blend with Lucy's mouth watering ingredients, and bake to perfection, all the while learning about days gone by. You will take your baked pie home to enjoy still warm or freeze til the holidays!

Classes include all tools and ingredients necessary for your pie. Students are asked to bring along their own oven-safe 9" pie dish (or use one of our aluminum ones) and an apron. Bakers must be age 18 or older. Men are welcome!

Class runs approx. 2 hrs.

$30 per person:  Includes your own pie, hot out of the oven.
